Untiteled #7

Show Choir

It's happened, I've joined my school's Show Choir. Oh, my gosh, what is wrong with me? Not that I'm not excited, I mean come one it's Show Choir, but at the same time it's Show Choir. All that's going through my head right now is this:

And a little bit of this:
but that's not important.

I don't know about you but getting slushie thrown at me does not sound appealing. But at the same time I'm just, I don't know, really super excited. I mean we get to travel around and have field trips wear all we do is dance and sing, and then watch other people dance and sing! It just seems like so much fun! The funny thing is, is that I didn't even mean to sign up, I was just there for moral support, but next thing you know I was the first name on the list. Oops. Oh, well, wish me luck!

Spring Cleaning

So it's technically officially Spring, so I thought I'd do a little spring cleaning *insertselfhighfive* aaanddd I thought I'd share, with all of you, what I did! So lets get started shall we?

So I started with my desk, which is by far the most cluttered area of my room.

Pretty neat, huh?

When I was cleaning this desk I found A LOT of random miscellaneous things in the drawers and cabinets of it, which is why there are nail polish bottles and perfume on top of there, but it looks pretty and makes me seem more feminine so I'm all for it! Also I added those sticky notes which are full of some of my favorite quotes and some reminders and such, which is super helpful when I'm trying to remember something or need a little inspiration. Oh, oh, oh! And I have this cool card hanging up that my friend from Japan had handed out to everyone in our class.
(On a side note I'm texting my friend and I asked him what plant he would want to be if he had a choice and he answered with Saturn, I'm practically on the floor laughing right now XD)

The next thing I did was (finally) clean and organize my closet, and even though I'm sure it won't last I'm quite proud. :)
Yes, I color coordinated.
As you can see I had a lot of time on my hands while doing this. In fact this isn't even half of my wardrobe so I still have a lot more to go. By then more then half of it will be black and white. Also, I have special places for my pants, all the white ones go together, all the denim ones go together, all the colored/patterned ones go together and all my shorts go in the corner (hence, why you can't see them). But my shoes are in no particular order. On the other side is just my scarves, bags and Pajamas, that's why I'm not really showing you any of that.

Anywho, that's what I did this past weekend, well that and have a super fun s'mores get together with some friends but that's an entirely different story.

What to do this Sping Break

So Spring breaks in a few weeks and I thought I'd share some ideas on what to do.

1) Go on a hike.
Hikes are a great thing to do at anytime of the year but I feel like the best time to take a hike is right at the beginning of spring when is nice and warm but it doesn't feel like you going to be charred by the end of it. I really enjoy going on hikes up in the mountains, where you can stop and take a break every few miles and just enjoy the beauty of nature, and if you listen closely enough you can here the birds chirping and the rustling of the squirrels as they climb the trees, it really is a beautiful expedience.
          What to Bring
               - A water bottle to keep hydrated (or one of those nifty camel packs)
               - A few snacks (energy bars, trail mix, etc...)
               - A camera
               - A poncho just in case it rains
               - Good shoes
               - Comfortable clothing that will let you breath
               - Bug spray
               - Sunblock
               - and last but not least I like to bring my scriptures along with me when I go on a hike, but if your not religious a good book is always nice, too.

2) Go to the beach/pool
Going swimming is always a nice way to relax after a long week, and spring break is a great time for it, a few years ago me and my cousins all went to my grandparents condo and practically spent everyday at the pool, in fact in 7th grade all I did on the weekends was workout and then go to the pool, and church of course but right after that I'd be at the pool again. In fact that's probably what I'll be doing this spring break.
           What to Bring
               - A towel
               - A swim suit (of course)
               - When you're not swimming a good book (I recommend The Fault in Our Stars by John Green)
               - A few friends
               - Water, because for some odd reason swimming always makes me thirsty
               - Sunblock
               - Money
               -Sunnies

3) Have a Movie Night
Whether you're into Sci-fi's or Rom-Com's get a few friends over, make some popcorn and  have a totally awesome time.
          What to Bring
               - Your favorite movies
               - Your best friends
               - Popcorn
               - Snacks (Kale Chips anybody?)
               - Drinks (the fizzy kind preferably, or lemonade, I love lemonade)

4) Have a Game Night
Whether with your family or your best friends, game nights are the best. Have everyone bring their favorite game, get some snacks and have a ball.
          What to Bring
                - Your favorite games (or better yet have everyone bring one or two of their favorite games)
                - Snacks (snacks are always a must)
                - Drinks

Ok those are just a few things you can do this spring break, if you have any other ideas on stuff you can do feel free to leave them in the comments below. :)

Wattpad Obsessed, Socially Awkward, Female.

How can you tell when someone has no life? They post over 4 times in one day!

Honestly I don't quite know how I do it, it's almost as as if I ignore everything with a heartbeat that then when I get home it's like WHAM! I'm Cassi and I'm here to ruin your life, yo! But in all honesty it's usually more like
(yes, I did just write out that entire sentence for an excuse to use this David Tennant GIF, an no I don't care if it actually makes and sense)

Seriously though, I'm so antisocial and awkward in the real world its not even funny, no seriously my mom is constantly worried that I'm some sort of social potato that I'm surprised she hasn't sent me to some weird socialization camp or something. I mean I do have friends, lots really, but ask me to partner up with someone in a class none of them are in and I'll probably freeze up on the spot. This is probably one of the many reasons I'm forever alone, because lets face it, life isn't some Wattpad teen fiction novel, the socially awkward girl will never get the super hot bad boy, not that I want a bad boy, really I much rather have a nerdy nice boy, now those boys are keepers. And as I write this I notice that I'm being a bit of a hypocrite, because if you were to scroll down my Wattpad library you'd see a very large amount of bad boy books but not one about nice nerdy boys, except maybe Skittles and Science but he's just as antisocial as I am so maybe we wouldn't be the best match. That and he tends to go for bubbly red heads so that might ruin my chances as well. Oh, well I guess I'll just keep praying at every chance I get, 'cause you know what they say, the more you pray the hotter the husband.
